About Kaelyn Fountain
Determined Advocate
Kaelyn returned to Inlet to complete her articling year after summering with the firm. During the past year, she has handled her files with passion and determination. Her success with the firm has been marked by effective settlement negotiations, compassionate representation, and several appearances at the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia. She has acted as co-counsel on several trials and lends a creative and strategic perspective to files.
During law school, Kaelyn explored her passion for business and employment law by participating in the Business Law Clinic and conducting research for her contracts’ professor on issues faced by migrant workers. She also volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program and with the Access Pro Bono's Will Clinic. Kaelyn also earned an Indigenous Cultural Competency Certificate.
