About Neeta Gill

Neeta Khatkar Gill is an experienced litigation associate. Neeta has appeared in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. She also has experience representing clients in administrative tribunals and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining Inlet Employment Law her practice included estate litigation, personal injury, insurance defence, and various other general litigation matters. Though she has a broad range of litigation experience, Neeta discovered her true passion for employment law and made the decision to focus exclusively in this area by joining the Inlet team.

A proud resident of the Lower Mainland and deeply connected to her community in Surrey, Neeta is fluent in English and Punjabi, and has proficiency in Hindi. Her strong community ties and multilingual abilities enhance her ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Beyond her professional life, Neeta values family time, enjoys travelling, reading and cooking.
