Martin Sheard co-presented to the Canadian Bar Association today regarding legal considerations to do with returning to work subsequent to the COVID-19 shutdown. Martin’s co-presenter was Valerie Dixon, senior legal counsel to the City of Vancouver.

Martin Sheard has advocated at the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of financially marginalized Canadians. Only about once every two years does the Supreme Court of Canada hear an employment law case, so this was a special moment for Martin.
