What to expect
The first consultation, either by phone or in person, is a chance for you to tell us your story and see if our firm is a good “fit”. It consists of a 15-minute consultation where we will gather the facts of your case, discuss the results you would like to see, and the scope of work and cost involved for that work.
What it costs
The first 15-minute consultation is always free. Based on that call we will advise you whether we think it is worth incurring legal fees and (if so) what those fees will be. We will always be transparent about the potential cost of our services.
What to bring
We recommend that you gather certain information ahead of the initial consult, including the names of the parties involved and important dates. We also recommend that you search for a copy of your employment contract, if one exists.
